*Because of the nature of the product, we have an All Sales Final policy. We know that you will appreciate that you will be receiving a brand new never been soiled product and not someone's exchange or return.
*Exchange policy - if you receive something that doesn't fit, please let me know as soon as possible. I will exchange for a different size, in that same exact style & print.
*Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival: If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise (style or color), you must contact me (email@example.com) within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product. *We DO NOT replace with a different print than what was originally ordered. *Products that will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us: Any product that exhibits physical damage. Any product that was not approved to be "defective" and/or "incorrect merchandise" by me.
